It's time to plan a girl's camping weekend in the modern style of Airstream. Glam camping with the modern amenities of a new Airstream trailer is like traveling in a mini hotel; it can't be beat. This season, why not gather your besties and make a weekend of it.
HOW-TO PLAN A GLAM CAMPING WEEKEND
Camping in the luxurious style of a modern Airstream trailer equipped with A/C, a flatscreen TV and WIFI doesn't get much better. Airstream trailers are optimized for comfort and first-class accommodations. Most offer a great dining table with room for 4, a lounging area with extra seating and sleeping for 4-5 comfortably (some with pillow-top beds and bunk beds). Other luxuries include gas burners for cooking and finishing touches of high-end ultra-leather, gorgeous flooring and modern counter tops that are sure to please. Showers with enough room to move, and tons of storage space in the most ingenious places, are just some of the extras.
Pack the Airstream with plenty of drinks and sweets, a cafe table and chairs, or your favorite shabby pieces for outdoor dining and playing board games. Have the trailer delivered to your camping location or tow it yourself (they are smooth to transport).
We planned a country girl weekend packed with country music, shabby chic outdoor decor, delicious desserts and our favorite cool drinks.
THE DESSERT MENU
When planning the menu for your next country girl glam camping event, we suggest pie pops, mini desserts with plenty of fresh berries and a mouth-watering lavender cake with light, creamy frosting. We had our favorite cake decorator plan a menu with country girl charm.
DRINKS
Set up a drink display of your favorite beverages and serve in ever-so-popular Mason jar glasses with old-fashioned straws. A little nostalgia and girly style is good for a glam camping weekend. Cowgirl flasks add a decorating statement and make great party favors.
WARDROBE
For our country girl glam camping weekend, we planned wardrobe fit for the modern cowgirl with cute summer dresses, boots, and of course great cowboy hats. For your weekend, have friends bring their country girl wardrobe suited to their own style. Maybe a cowboy hat with a satin bow like this Women's Raffia Cowboy hat from San Diego Hat Co.
