Katie, David and their daughter Zoe, hosted a beautiful wedding at Methven Family Vineyards for friends and family. The day started out sunny enough for the guys to go swimming, and even though the weather did not co-operate throughout the day, they managed to sneak time for photos between the rain. Thank goodness the rain held out until after their outdoor ceremony!

If you have been dreaming of a rustic vineyard wedding, reminiscent of beautiful Tuscany set atop beautiful sloping hills among vineyard backdrops, Methven Family Vineyards is just the venue. Upon arrival, you will be immediately caught up in the romantic scenery. Tucked within the Eola Hills region of the Willamette Valley just outside Portland, Oregon, the heart of the place exudes a sense of family and rustic comfort. The setting is reminiscent of old Tuscany with the rolling pastoral countryside and surrounding vineyards.
Delightfully picturesque, the 100-acre property hosts a reception lawn with spectacular views of Mount Hood, the Cascades and beautiful old growth White Oaks. It is prime location to host an En plein air, rustic wedding ceremony and reception for up to 300 guests.
Methven Family Wines is famous for boutique showcases of Oregon grown Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir. The 2008 Estate Cuvee Pinot Noir was a gold winner at the 2012 Oregon Wine Awards.
