PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED FIGS

Wrap figs and Farmhouse Cheddar with Truffles in prosciutto for a savory combination in a perfect balance of sweet and salty.

As a passed hors d’oeuvre, prosciutto wrapped figs are a decadent party snack, but also great paired with a side salad. Conveniently pre-sliced and packaged prosciutto wrapped around organic, dried figs is almost effortless to prepare. Arrange on a serving platter with slices of cheese and rosemary garnish.

This recipe is perfect for entertaining, picnics and also make a great addition to a welcome gift.
Ingredients
  • 8 - 10 dried figs
  • 6 - 8 thinly-sliced Prosciutto
  • 6 - 8 slices Farmhouse Cheddar with Truffles specialty cheese, sliced or broken into large pieces
Directions
  • Place fig on Prosciutto, top with Farmhouse Cheddar with Truffles or another specialty cheese
  • Gently roll Prosciutto until fig is entirely wrapped
  • Arrange on a serving tray with rosemary sprig for garnish
