Arrange olives and mixed cheeses on toothpicks to create mini kabobs. Set mini kabobs along with specialty cheeses, Italian salami, and sliced baguette on a serving platter for a creative party appetizer. Guests will enjoy the easy assembly and tasty flavor.

For a unique appetizer, mix cheeses like English farmhouse cheddar with truffle or Wensleydale cheese with cranberries. Both cheeses are mild in flavor and have that extra-special touch for a party.
An assorted party platter is a great option as guests can easily assemble throughout the party and works as a starter for almost any occasion. Keep as many of the components such as Italian salami, deli meats and the gourmet cheeses in the pantry or refrigerator until the party starts. All you have to do is assemble the tray before the festivities begin!
Ingredients
  • 1 crusty baguette, sliced 1/2 - 1 inch thick
  • 15 - 20 garlic stuffed olives
  • 1 package dry cured Italian Sausage or Abruzzese Salami, sliced
  • 1 serving tray and 15 - 20 toothpicks
